[Community] proposing a SRE/SRE maintained set of infrastructure services

Hey all,   I'd like to propose a SIG/SRE driven set of infrastructure services, including an underlaying OpenShift cluster, and ask for the allocation of hardware from MOC/NERC.   Please see https://github.com/goern/operate-first-community/blob/main/sig-sre/pr... details, the essence: 1. lets have a set of core services up and running to support the Operate First community 2. maintain the services with reasonable, flexible service level expectations 3. create the nucleus for an application platform and expand 4. service the community well Beside the good intention, and the clarity that we got a bunch of people willing to drive this forward, I am unsure how to ask for the hardware... //G
