Working groups updates: completing 2 WGs, proposing Docs SIG

tl,dr: - Website redesign is complete-enough to close the WG - Contributor Experience Docs WG is ready to evolve into a SIG - Anyone interested in a general Docs SIG? Here's the proposed charter, let's discuss: https://github.com/operate-first/community/pull/218 Earlier this year we started two working groups to improve key areas of the project. The Websites Updates WG formed to resolve long-standing website issues. The WG evolved into a full site redesign. We are closing it out with a project board full of small fixes but no one currently with time to complete them. https://github.com/operate-first/community/tree/main/wg-website https://github.com/orgs/operate-first/projects/48 The Contributor Experience (Contrib_X) Docs WG formed to identify what gaps we have in documentation for contributors, which includes those who use the community cloud mainly for their own projects. We worked to identify needs for users seeking training, contribution guidelines, and preparing for operational work. During that time other documentation needs have arisen, and it seems like the time to consider having a Documentation SIG.
